Please note: At IFHC we believe that camp placements can and should be FLUID. If you are uncertain, speak with the camp staff and your daughter can be moved up/down a level depending on our assessment of her progress. We WANT all of our campers to succeed! There is a delicate balance that should be achieved in all training and we do our best to get to know each of our campers and challenge them accordingly. We pride ourselves on individual attention to detail and our field hockey and training expertise!

Middle School / Instructional Camp
July 23 - July 26
9:00 am - 11:30 am

For players with less than 1 year experience, just learning the game, or interested in improving their field skills. Campers will be immersed in skills, drills & scrimmages.

Intermediate Camp: NEW FOR 2012!

Option 1: 9:00am - 11:30am
Option 2: 9:00am - 4:00pm

For players with less than 2 years experience, just learning the game, or interested in improving their field skills. Campers will be immersed in skills, drills & scrimmages.

* Campers bring bag lunch, swimming, afternoon scrimmages & break-out sessions.

NEW IN 2012! The Intermediate camp is for middle school athletes with some field hockey experience, but not quite ready for the vigor of a varsity/elite level camp. Athletes will learn skills equal to those taught at the elite camp but at a pace more suited to instructional and intermediate level hockey. This is the ideal place for incoming freshmen athletes with little to no formal field hockey training or for those who are uncertain of their skills and experience having had two or more years of solely camp or freshmen hockey experience.

High School / Elite Camp
July 23 - July 26
9:00 am - 4:00 pm

A full day of field hockey, where the entire athlete is taken into consideration.
Mental, Physical and Emotional game is honed.
*Campers bring bag lunch, swimming, afternoon scrimmages & break-out sessions.
